2013 Summer Concert Guide: Splendour in the Grass

Thanks to the magic of geography, while many of us call this time of year summer, down under in Australia it's mid-winter. If you're picturing parkas and piles of snow, think again -- it's a great time for festivals, like the season's biggest, Splendour in the Grass. Welcoming heavy hitters Mumford & Sons, the National, and Frank Ocean as headliners, plus Aussie favorites (Alpine, You Am I), crowd-pleasers (Passion Pit, Of Monsters and Men), and some of our recent faves (James Blake, FIDLAR), it's no wonder last year's almost 18,000 tickets sold out in under an hour.
